Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon accepting your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items sent). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We ill notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Limitation of Liability

GOV Tire’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
